Test with Scantastic and ImageDock and Relisys driver gave the same result (24 and 8 bit mode) for color
grey and less for b/w mode.
180 dpi test 2,1,0,0,4 looks only OK in GIMP with 33% scaling
225 dpi test with modeline 2,0,1,0,6 OK now
